Our company (e-2.at) is a leader in Europe and is now looking to expand in North America. We provide the backbone of many sites in Europe with respect to their Odds, Fixtures, Predictions, Pre and Post match commentary and we also monetise their traffic through selling the space on the result sets we provide. Our product set is quite advanced and will require further explanation.

This position stands at the center of our evolving operational strategy for the North America Sports Betting market.
As the Operations Executive, you will fulfil a variety of duties to assist with the commercial and customer service activities of the BetQL and Skillbet business. This role will provide some exposure to digital marketing education and the North American sports betting affiliate and subscription industry.

Your Role in our Team

  • You will be a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day operational activities of our business.
  • The successful candidate will support process efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Coordinate and monitor operational activities to ensure smooth executive of business processes
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., sales, finance, logistics, HR) to ensure effective communication and workflow.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Support in the development and implementation of operational strategies and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance, productivity, and service levels
  • Assist in resource allocation, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Performing tests on affiliate accounts by state
  • Managing all customer service issues, complaints, refund requests.
  • Managing all inbound queries from customers and forwarding/creating tickets.
  • Distribution of inbound sales/ commercial enquiries
  • Researching potential target sites.
  • Assisting sales efforts on getting pitch materials ready
  • Market research on product and coordinating operator information by site/ state.
  • Posting content on the social channels (under instruction/guidance).
  • Assisting with marketing PR efforts
  • Data duties, compiling stats/numbers
  • Other duties as directed

Your Skills & Experience

  • Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by managing logistics, resources, and reporting.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good level of experience with Excel
  • Have aptitude to take on and learn a multitude of platforms used within the business.
  • Experience with knowledge of the North America sports betting industry is not required but an interest in USA sports is a distinct advantage.
  • You may be required to be able to respond to emails during the evenings from time to time should the USA based Commercial team require it.

Just for the record: your yearly salary starts at € 35.000 gross for full time,
